My friend "YODA" always enjoys relaxing, and he makes for an extremely good bed warmer.

Another "Friend", his name is "CHOKKY". He likes his 'ear' scratches

While on a day off from work yesterday, I decided to have a wander in the city and do a spot of retail therapy. Came across a kindly old gentleman who was feeding the pidgeons. As you can see there were quite a few enjoying their seed.

Oh to be a cat! They have the life, don't they? Is that your dog? He's a cutie!
Chokky is a cutie. He belongs to a friend.
Hello, thanks for commenting on my blog. I did answer but thought I'd come here and answer again as I don't know if you read my blog regularly. The market I sold mittens (and other stuff) at was my children's school market. Held only once a term. But I am happy to knit mittens on request, if you tell me a colour and pay me $20! No pressure, just let me know if you want to go ahead.
(I love the pink background of your blog!)
OMG, what a plethora of pigeons!
Hi Jan
Can you email me at

re the mitterns? I have some blue/green/purple variegated yarn in my stash that you might like, and want to show you.
